On 19th September a consultation workshop on the amended Network Code on Gas Capacity Allocation Mechanisms will be held in Brussels and Ljubljana (connected via video conferencing tool to Brussels) .
This stakeholder round table discussion is being scheduled in order to provide for a final opportunity to exchange views on ENTSOG’s latest amendments mainly resulting from ACER’s reasoned opinion of 5 June 2012 before the start of the EC comitology procedure.
Next to presenting the latest developments, the discussion will focus on the most controversial issues of the ACER recommendations (such as capacity offer breakdown (quotas) and its application to new capacity or the sale of unbundled capacity) and their reflections in the amended Network Code.
ACER is inviting interested stakeholders to participate in the session in order to collect expert views on selected outstanding issues that may help ACER in finalizing the procedure towards recommending the amended network code for its adoption for the comitology procedure.
