Public procurement
The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators is a subject to the provisions of its Financial Regulation.
In accordance with Article 85 of the Agency’s Financial Regulation the relevant provisions (including Title V Procurement) of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 996/2012 of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the European Union, as amended by Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 2015/1929 of 28 October 2015, shall apply to the Agency.
